The cases involved approximately £6,000 of criminal damage and a failure to comply with sex offender notification requirements.
Kacee Lincoln, 19, of Stringer Close, pleaded guilty to causing extensive damage at a private address in Ilkeston.
The damaged property included floors and painted surfaces in several rooms, a television, furniture, three mirrors, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and cooker.
Damage was also caused to a bathroom door, toilet and sink, while food and household items were among the other property affected. The total value was estimated at approximately £6,000.
Lincoln was given a community order requiring her to complete 12 days of rehabilitation activity and 200 hours of unpaid work. She was also ordered to pay £4,000 compensation.
In a separate case, Catherine Davidson, 45, of Milton Street, Cotmanhay, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the address notification requirements of the sex offenders register.
Davidson was given a community order which includes a four-month electronically monitored curfew. She must remain at home between 7pm and 7am each day.
She was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £114 victim services surcharge.
