Two Ilkeston residents appeared before Derby Magistrates’ Court among the latest cases heard recently.
Colt Severn, 27, of Tavern Close, Ilkeston, was guilty of driving uninsured and drink driving, namely 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was handed a six-month driving ban, fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
Josh Peel, 22, of Norman Street, Ilkeston, was guilty of attempting to possess cocaine. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs.
