Tradespeople in Ilkeston are being offered a free breakfast and hot drink later this month as part of a new national tour.
Building supplier National Plastics is bringing its “Butty & Brew Trade Tour” to its Falcon Court branch on two mornings – Wednesday 22 April and Wednesday 29 April.
The catering van will be set up outside the branch between 7:30am and 10:30am, giving local trades a chance to grab a bite to eat before heading to site.
As well as the free food, visitors will be able to speak with staff and supplier representatives, get advice on upcoming jobs, and take a look at products and offers available on the day. There will also be a prize draw for those who attend.
The Ilkeston stop is the first leg of the tour, which will also visit branches in Scunthorpe and Chester over the coming weeks.
Sanjit Dosanjh, Commercial Director at National Plastics, said the idea is to make mornings easier for busy tradespeople.
“We know mornings can be busy for tradespeople, which is why we created the Butty & Brew Trade Tour – to make it easier to get what you need before heading to site,” he said.
“We’re especially excited to launch in Ilkeston and welcome local tradespeople to experience the tour firsthand.”
National Plastics supplies building materials including fascias, cladding, guttering and drainage systems to both trade customers and DIY users across the UK.
