The closure of the New Look store in Ilkeston has now been officially confirmed, and the shop will shut its doors on Saturday 11th April.
The Bath Street store had already been listed as “To Let”, but this is the first clear confirmation of a final trading date.
The closure marks another change for Ilkeston town centre, where retailers continue to face a challenging environment – though new businesses have also been opening in recent weeks.
It remains to be seen what will happen with the unit, which sits in a prominent town centre location.
