One Ilkeston resident appeared before Derby Magistrates’ Court among the latest cases heard recently.
Michael Jones, 40, of Wilton Place, Ilkeston, was guilty of threatening behaviour, assault by beating of an emergency worker, possessing a screwdriver in a public place, and affray.
The case was adjourned to a later date.
Cases are often adjourned to allow for reports to be prepared or for sentencing to take place at a future hearing.
