A Nottinghamshire Police officer, who lives in Ilkeston, has been suspended after being charged with drink driving.
PC Jakub Lewandowski, 23, of Wood Street, Ilkeston, was stopped at 4.12am on August 31. He blew 90mg of alcohol – more than twice the legal limit of 35.
He’s been bailed, suspended from duty, and will appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on September 19.
