Ilkeston Theatre Company is gearing up to sprinkle some festive magic across the town with this year’s pantomime, Cinderella – running from Wednesday 3rd December to Saturday 6th December 2025 at Presley’s Bar & Suite, Kirk Hallam (DE7 4GZ).
This year’s show is a magical retelling of the greatest fairytale of them all. The story follows poor Cinderella, stuck living with her wannabe “high class” stepmother and two delightfully awful stepsisters. Luckily, she’s got her loyal friend Buttons by her side – though whether he ever finds the courage to confess his feelings is another story…
Competition soon arrives in the form of a not-so-bright but very handsome Prince Charming and his long-suffering right-hand man, Dandini. And of course, no Cinderella tale would be complete without the Fairy Godmother, who works her sparkly magic – with a few mishaps along the way!
Audiences can expect the full panto experience:

Evening shows run from 7.30pm Wednesday to Saturday, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm for younger families or those who prefer an earlier time.
